Follow up service by T&R was very unsatisfactory!
The furnace he sold me is a piece of smelly junk that I cannot use to heat my home. I will have to call a REPUTABLE and HONEST heating company to come out and replace this junk furnace that cost me over a $1000 by T&R!
Save yourself misery, money, time, and grief and do not hire Ray Santiago to fix your heating or air conditioning problems!
It took him weeks to come back out to see what the problem was, and he over charged me for the so called service he performed. It did not solve the problem and I will not call T&R back just to get more lame excuses and nothing done except get overcharged once again!
