Find a different Realtor. Back in September a house was on the market. We request to see a couple properties. And Nancy was short and unpleasant.. We got to see the one property. She said that we needed to make a offer then. We did not. We had to get preapproved first. So we did. Called to make sure the offer was accepted. Nancy said it was and they was to close in November. I asked Nancy to let me know if this house doesn't close. Here it is 5 mo later and i see the house back on the market. When i called for the same property again. Im told the same thing the house is goong to Close next week.. So if your looking for property find your own Realtor not the local Realtor.
