If you want good prices, he's the guy to see. If you want to be treated like a human being, find someone else. I'll never go back.
So I walk in the place and Russ is standing there talking to someone. Didn't even acknowledge me. He stood there talking for a few minutes while I was standing there as if he couldn't care less. Finally the guy he was talking to pointed at me and said Russ should take care of me.
Then he charged me $10 more than what he quoted me for 2 tires. The bottom line is the guy is rude, unfriendly and totally apathetic to his customers.
